I’ll go first. My name is Olivia Otta, and I am just a nostalgic girl that simply has to photograph everything. I was born and raised in Sioux Falls, SD. Following high school, I felt adventurous and headed out to Malibu, CA to pursue my undergrad at Pepperdine University. There, I studied Integrated Marketing Communications, with a minor in Art. Undergrad was such a dream, I still pinch myself to this day! Following graduation, I found myself back in little ol’ Sioux Falls, married my bestie/high school freshman formal date, and am happier than ever.

Let’s fast forward to today. I have the privilege of working alongside my father in his life insurance firm, all while pursuing my dream of running a photo biz and making art! All my life, I’ve been fascinated by the creative. I was that friend in high school who always had a camera tucked in her purse, ready to whip out at any given moment. Studying photography and other artistic mediums at Pepperdine only deepened that love. Now, I’ve been given the opportunity to turn my lifelong passion into a side hustle, and it brings me such joy. So, thank you for being here, you’re helping make this dream a reality!

When I’m not working, my heart is filled by spending quality time with my husband, friends, and family all whom I adore. I also enjoy attending a great deal of Hot Yoga and Pilates, or diving into my next (totally unnecessary but completely necessary) DIY house project.
